   1. Parking is free on Sundays and legal holidays
   2. Parking meters are enforced Monday through Saturday from 7 AM to 6 PM
   3. Mobile payments options
      1. ParkHouston app
      2. Text “PARK” to 77223
      3. Go to Parkmobile.io and click Ready to Park Now
2. Paid parking in a commercial lot
3. Uber
4. Houston Metro
