Discover the many ways to grow in faith and serve at Annunciation! Our Stewardship Fair brings together all of our parish apostolates in one place, giving you the chance to meet leaders, learn about opportunities, and find where your talents and interests can make a difference.

Whether you feel called to prayer, service, hospitality, or hands-on projects, there’s a place for you.

Worship & Liturgy

Adoration

• Purpose: Spend time in prayer before the Blessed Sacrament to deepen your relationship with Christ.
• Time: Flexible — commit to a regular hour or drop in as you are able on Sundays from 1-5 pm.

Altar Servers

• Purpose: Assist the priest at the altar and support the liturgy through reverent service
• Time: Mass times as scheduled; training provided.

Altar Society (linens & sanctuary care)

• Purpose: Care for altar in preparation for the Holy Sacrific of the Mass
• Time: A few hours per month; flexible schedule.

Music & Choir

• Purpose: Lead the congregation in worship through music and chant.
• Time: Weekly rehearsal + your regular Mass.

Ushers & Safety Team

• Purpose: Provide a welcoming presence, assist with seating, and help keep the parish safe.
• Time: Two Mass times - one for worship and one for service.

Sacraments & Formation

Cor Team

Youth Formation Catechist, Aide, Sub

• Purpose: Help children and families with religious education or prepare for the sacraments through teaching and support.
• Time: Weekly classes during the school year (with more flexible options for substitutes).

Order of Christian Initiation of Adults (OCIA)

• Purpose: Walk with adults preparing to enter the Catholic Church through prayer, teaching, and companionship.
• Time: Weekly sessions, plus occasional retreats.

Weddings Assistants

• Purpose: Assist couples and clergy in the Wedding Rehearsal and Ceremony
• Time: Flexible — commit to as many or as few weddings; training provided.

Service & Outreach

Respect Life

• Purpose: Promote the dignity of human life through prayer, education, and action.
• Time: Meetings and events throughout the year.

Community & Fellowship

Family Life Apostolate

• Purpose: Build parish life through social, service, and spiritual events for families.
• Time: Event-based; monthly or seasonal.

Young Adults Apostolate

• Purpose: Foster community and faith among those in their 20s and 30s through prayer and fellowship.
• Time: Gatherings and service projects throughout the year.

Knights of Columbus #17060

• Purpose: Men’s fraternal organization focused on charity, unity, fraternity, and patriotism.
• Time: Monthly meetings + service projects.

Marian Daughters of Annunciation

• Purpose: Women’s organization serving the parish, community, and each other.
• Time: Monthly meetings + service projects.

Operations & Facilities

Building Maintenance

• Purpose: Help care for and maintain the parish’s historic facilities.
• Time: Weekly meetings + service projects

Landscaping & Beautification

• Purpose: Keep parish grounds beautiful as a sign of welcome and stewardship.
• Time: Monthly meetings and seasonal projects
