O Sacraments Most Holy - Annunciation's Sesquicentennial Event

As part of our 150th Anniversary celebrations, we invite all who have received a Sacrament of Initiation (Baptism, First Holy Communion and/or Confirmation) to COME HOME for Holy Mass.
Attend the 5:30 p.m. Vigil Mass and receive a special blessing on Saturday, February 9th.

Join us on Saturday, January 5th to celebrate the Blessing of the Epiphany Water followed by an Extraordinary Form (Latin) Mass. The Blessing of the Epiphany Water begins with the Litany of the Saints, the Agnus Dei and Psalms. After salt is added to water, the Te Deum is sung, and a simple prayer ends the ceremony beseeching God's mercy. The exorcisms are invoked to make this a powerful sacramental against attacks of Satan. An Extraordinary Mass follows the ceremony. (Please note this Mass does not fulfill the Sunday obligation). You are welcome to bring one small container to fill with the blessed water.

Observe the tradition of blessing and dedicating your home in the names of the Three Kings. Pick up your Epiphany Home Blessing Kit after the Saturday Vigil Mass at 5:30 PM on January 5th and after all Sunday Masses on January 6th.  With the whole family gathered, say the prayer and mark your front door with the blessed chalk. May peace reign in your heart and homes!
